I am a registered holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor, lifestyle coach, and all-around self-care advocate.
I focus on the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and vitality. Bringing balance to mind, body, and soul.
I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. In other words; I like to understand how all areas of your life are connected and assist you in keeping them well balanced.

Here's some background...
I was born and raised in Canada, with a dad and brother who both played competitive hockey. I know, not shocking, eh? Also, my mother manages an award-winning fitness and tennis club. As a result, a physically active lifestyle has been ingrained in me from a young age. I played tennis from almost as early as I could walk, and found success in long-distance running. I ran a lot competitively, and now continue to do so out of habit.
In my early twenties, I started experiencing aches and pains in my body that I had never felt before. My weight started fluctuating, my sleep was inconsistent, I had little to no energy, and I either always ate way too much, or way too little. I knew I needed a change, and this is where my journey to health and wellness began!
I didn’t want to give up sports or my active lifestyle altogether, so I searched long and hard for a happy medium, and eventually I found it on a mat - a Lululemon yoga mat.
I quickly developed a love for yoga. So much so, that I travelled to India for several months to become a certified yoga instructor. While there, my passion for health and wellness grew immensely after developing a much deeper connection to my body. I started listening to the cues it was giving me, rather than ignoring them, as I once did. I also realized the importance of truly taking care of yourself. Most importantly, I finally understood the true meaning of “balance” and how to achieve it. Yoga became more than just a type of exercise; it became a lifestyle.
After returning from India, my journey continued. I went back to the classroom and fully immersed myself into the world of Holistic Nutrition. Becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist taught me what was more important than what you do to the outside of your body, is what you put into it. The food we eat has a direct impact on how we feel, look, think, perform and grow. Educating people on the importance of using food not just as fuel but, more to heal and nourish the body, is truly what my purpose is!

In my opinion, overall health and wellness is achieved when all aspects of an individuals life are balanced. By balanced I mean eat the kale and cake, drink the water and the wine, sit in complete stillness and move your body a lot. Do what makes you happy, while still being mindful of what’s going in, on and around your body.
I will spend time with you to understand your health concerns and goals to restore balance, and optimize your overall health. The journey into holistic nutrition and wellness helps your body to heal long-term digestive issues such as IBS, IBD, Gut dysbiosis, food sensitivities, candidiasis, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea.
The programs I put into place can also help with hormonal issues such as hormonal balance, adrenal fatigue, anxiety, managing PMS, and blood sugar imbalances like insulin resistance.
Other health benefits we can discuss include weight-loss journeys, chronic fatigue, joint pain, and skin conditions.

Many people do not know that radiant skin is highly based on your eating habits and lifestyle. Flawless skin doesn’t just come from something applied topically, it comes from within.
I will address a variety of skin concerns, including; acne vulgaris, acne rosacea, hormonal acne, eczema, psoriasis, hives, dermatitis, and create you a holistic meal plan intended to help heal the skin from within.
